• One-to-one sessions need 48 hours’ notice to rearrange.
• A missed Business Space session is not normally replaced with an individual session or added to the end of the programme.
• Instalments are a way of paying the full agreed price, not separate weekly purchases.
• Any recording will be explained. Business Space participant sessions are not recorded.
• Refunds and cancellation charges are assessed fairly rather than using a blanket no-refund rule. </aside>

These terms apply to individuals buying workshops, The ADHD Business Space, one-to-one coaching or another ADHD Business HQ service.

Because the services relate to business activity, some customers may technically be buying in the course of their trade rather than as private consumers. To keep the process clear, I give all individual customers the same 14-day cancellation arrangement in these terms. Where the law already provides a stronger right, that stronger right applies.

Talks, training and consultancy for organisations are governed by the proposal, scope of work or separate agreement issued for that project.

My services are for adults aged 18 and over.

1. Before you buy

The sales, booking or checkout page will explain:

• what you are buying;
• the date, duration or delivery period;
• the total price and payment options;
• what is included;
• any important attendance, technology or participation requirements;
• cancellation information; and
• any recording or replay arrangements.
